Alair Homes offers franchises for the operation of Alair Homes Master Franchises that identify and solicit prospective Alair Homes Unit Franchisees to operate Alair Homes Unit Franchises within a designated geographic area and that train, supervise and support Alair Homes Unit Franchisees within that Region. Alair Homes Unit Franchises provide high quality custom home building services, home renovation services and commercial contracting services.

Required systems: Proprietary Software (manages project management, customer relations management, business operations, includes franchise sales portal, vendor database, scheduling, budgeting, bidding, accounting, invoicing, billing functions); Audit Software (third-party software for auditing and overseeing Unit Franchisees' operations); e-mail service and cloud data storage (must be purchased from franchisor's designated vendors); franchise sales and onboarding management software (must be purchased from designated vendors). Operations Manual (41 pages, electronic or other media, may be series of volumes) containing mandatory and suggested specifications, standards and procedures. Franchisor provides ongoing maintenance, repairs, upgrades, access and updates to Proprietary Software.
