Franchisees must use customized Rent Manager® real estate management software (London Computer Systems, Inc.) with $250 monthly license fee plus $1.40 per unit fee, and sign an Activation Agreement. Website/technology/email hosting fee is $89 monthly. Franchisees must purchase/lease desktop computer ($500-$1,000), printer and scanner ($500-$1,000), with estimated annual maintenance costs under $500. Franchisor has unrestricted right to access franchise computer systems daily to retrieve information on customer accounts, billing, accounting, and compliance. Franchisees must participate in ALL COUNTY® website and cannot register separate domain names without written approval.
