Required computer system and software: You must purchase computer equipment (laptop, printer, software, copier) estimated at $52,000 from outside vendors. i2™ custom software (business management software including contact manager, pricing, quote preparation, order entry, production management) is provided by ASI's designee Mothernode, Inc. at $80 per month per user. Operations Manuals are maintained on-line and made available to franchisees; ASI may modify manuals but modifications cannot be an unreasonable economic burden. ASI has independent electronic access to information/data you collect with no contractual limitations, but cannot use it for competitive advantage while you are a franchisee. You are not required to upgrade hardware/software unless modifications to Operations Manuals necessitate it (without unreasonable burden). Upon renewal, you must upgrade to then-current requirements if your operation does not meet standards.
