Area Representative must have mobile telephone, business telephone with two lines, operating fax machine, email address, and laptop computer with current versions of Windows and Microsoft Office; must maintain high-speed internet connection at all times; franchisor has right to require independent electronic access to information on computer system including prospective and existing franchisee data; franchisor may require updates/upgrades at Area Representative's expense; estimated computer system cost $500 to $2,500; Operations Manual contains approximately 423 pages with specifications, procedures, and standards that must be followed.
