Required Computer Hardware: computer with high-speed internet (OS no older than 2 years), printer, credit card reader/POS system, internet modem, cash register conforming to standards; 1 iPad for Flex Location, up to 3 for Brick and Mortar; cost approximately $2,000-$4,000. Required Computer Software: QuickBooks Online ($20-$40/month); proprietary business management software and booking software from mandatory vendor (cost included in Technology Fee or Flex Flat Fee); website hosting, email hosting (up to 2 addresses), antivirus support, auto-push emails included in Technology Fee/Flex Flat Fee. Operations Manual: 108 pages (table of contents in Exhibit F). Franchisor has right to independently access franchisee's electronic information and data through proprietary data management and intranet system. Estimated annual maintenance/upgrades: $500-$1,000. No contractual limitations on frequency or cost of required hardware/software upgrades.
