CW requires franchisees to purchase or lease software including a monthly subscription to MindBody Online and a $200/month social media fee. Franchisees must purchase designated fitness equipment, stereo and speakers, wireless microphones, telephone system, copier/printer/fax machine, computer hardware and software, and headsets. The Operations Manual and Instructor Training Manual are provided as instructional materials. CW maintains an Approved Instructor List in the Operations Manual that is updated periodically. Each initial training instructor has at least 5 years of experience with CW.
