Franchisor provides electronic access to confidential operations manual (approximately 32 pages) via online forum and Google Docs suite. Technology suite includes one email account, one phone number, and video conferencing platform; franchisor has right to access email accounts. Franchisor manages social media accounts and provides franchisee access to location/industry-specific account.
