Franchisee must purchase, license and use designated hardware, point-of-sale systems, and applications. Computer Systems Fee is currently $250 per month for software licenses and technology services. Franchisee must use computer hardware and software meeting franchisor specifications from designated suppliers. Franchisor provides Franchise Operations Manual stating standards, specifications, guidelines and approved vendors; manual updates provided through periodic amendments or written communication. Approved suppliers include affiliate Defense (technology solutions), affiliate CGA (audit services), and affiliate CGS (sole approved supplier for selecting/vetting technology and audit service suppliers).
