Decadent Development Group, LLC offers franchises for the establishment and operation of Decadent A Coffee and Dessert Bar stores, which offer and sell espresso-based beverages, specialty beverages, fresh brewed coffee, coffee beans, food service items, bakery items, tea, and related products.

Operations and other manuals (312-518 pages) provided to franchisees. Training conducted using manuals and other materials. Training may be provided via internet, webinar, or learning management system allowing tracking, testing, and monitoring of progress. Training directed by Jessica Johnson, Director of Brand Development (employed since 2018, 9 years experience in subjects taught). Training personnel required to have at least 1 year experience in subject matters taught. No set training schedule; Operations Training available on as-needed basis subject to personnel availability.
