E.I. Franchising, Inc. offers franchises for the establishment and operation of Executive Image Building Services businesses providing commercial cleaning, building maintenance, window washing, and landscaping maintenance services.

Confidential operations manual (approximately 176 pages) loaned to franchisee, revised periodically, remains franchisor property. Computer equipment and other office equipment and supplies must meet franchisor specifications; franchisee must purchase computers with internet access and all required software and hardware (see Item 11 for required computer, software and point of sale systems). Franchisor provides list of approved products, equipment and suppliers. Franchisor maintains website for advertising and promoting Executive Image businesses. Franchisee must use only franchisor-authorized email addresses and comply with franchisor policies for email and web portal use; may not own domain name including 'Executive Image'.
