Franchisee must purchase and install a franchisor-approved POS system from approved vendor with all necessary modules; currently required systems include Roller, Xola, and/or Square. Franchisor maintains an Operating Manual containing standards, specifications, and approved supplier names. Franchisor may require maintenance and service contracts on designated equipment and participation in third-party programs for customer service, food safety, or business operations audits.
