GigWorx Franchising, LLC offers franchises for the operation of recruiting and staffing businesses that provide contract, contract-to-hire, temporary, temporary-to-hire, direct hire, and other staffing and talent acquisition services in light industrial, hospitality, construction, administrative, general office, professional and technical sectors.

Computer System: franchisee must use franchisor-selected Computer System and all communication/data storage systems; currently requires two laptop computers, at least one additional monitor per computer, docking stations, and all-in-one printer/scanner/fax machine; monthly user fee for Proprietary Software System access; must use franchisor-designated accounting software and bookkeeping supplier; upgrades/updates required at franchisee's expense with no contractual limitations on frequency/cost except reasonableness requirement. Franchisor owns all Customer Data and has independent access without notice; may electronically connect anytime to monitor/retrieve data; no contractual limitations on access rights. Franchisee must participate in System-wide computer network, intranet, or extranet system; use for Operations Manual updates, approved advertising materials, communication, and training; must comply with franchisor's standards, protocols, restrictions, encryption requirements, and prohibitions on libelous/defamatory statements. Operations Manual: 12 online modules provided; franchisee must keep confidential and discontinue use upon termination.
