Franchisor anticipates changing technology platform in 2026. Required hardware: Microsoft Windows 11 Professional or current version, at least one tablet laptop/notebook with touch screen, smartphone compatible with mobile platform. Required third-party systems: texting platform ($55/month per phone line, subject to change with 30 days' notice); accounting/sales/reporting/records retention systems with online access for franchisor. Franchisor has full access to all data and systems. Franchisee responsible for all upgrade, maintenance, and support costs. Operations Manual comprises 12 manuals totaling approximately 796 pages.
