Technology Licensing Fee of 1.0% of monthly Gross Revenues for hardware, proprietary or third-party software, and other equipment utilized in the Jani-King system; may increase up to maximum of 5% of monthly Gross Revenues. Franchisor has exclusive right to perform all billing and accounting functions and will invoice customers monthly and disburse revenues to franchisee monthly via Franchisee Report after deducting applicable fees.
