Franchisor requires franchisee to lease/buy and use Toast, Paylocity, Rasi, Incentivio, 7 printers, 4 terminals, 3 cash drawers, and 6 handhelds; estimated cost $10,000-$25,000. Franchisee must maintain, repair, upgrade, and update computer system; estimated annual maintenance/support costs $37,000. Franchisor has unrestricted access to all information generated/stored on franchisee's computer system. Franchisor provides building specifications, reviews design plans, maintains updated standards/specifications/supplier lists, and provides updated product/service listings.
