Learning Management System: digital web platform with approximately 22 folders and 11 files containing mandatory and suggested specifications, standards, and procedures (confidential, franchisor property, subject to modification). Required Software: Roofr or other business management/estimating/project tracking platform designated by franchisor. Business Management Software: cloud-based, currently $400/month plus 0.25% of Gross Sales. Computer System hardware: $1,000-$2,000 estimated cost; franchisee must own and maintain per franchisor specifications. Additional required third-party software: online accounting with payroll, email, GPS functionality, vanity number software. Franchisor reserves right to require upgrades/changes with no contractual limit on frequency or cost. Franchisor has independent access to all data with no limitations.
