The System includes recognizable design, décor, recipes, uniform standards, specifications, rules and procedures of operation, and quality and uniformity standards.
Franchisees must use required computer/POS systems and technology as specified in the Franchise Operations Manual. The franchisor may charge a technology fee, which is currently not charged.
