The franchisor provides one laptop computer pre-loaded with proprietary PRESERVE SERVICES software, a one-year subscription for QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, and up to 5 additional end user licenses for the proprietary software which manages sales, production, and financial management of the Franchised Business. The franchisor is the only approved supplier of the proprietary PRESERVE SERVICES software, the Initial Package items, local landline telephone numbers and service plans, and smartphone numbers and service plans. The franchisor may require maintenance service contracts, hardware and software upgrades, and changes to credit and debit card programs and non-cash payment systems, with vendors designated by the franchisor.
