Prime Senior Placement offers franchises for senior placement and consulting businesses that assist families and seniors in finding appropriate residential care facilities and locations where seniors can receive necessary care and supervision for their daily living needs.

Franchisee must purchase and maintain own computer system (Windows or Macintosh, any version) with approved phone system and one phone per employee; franchisor provides no required specifications and no ongoing maintenance/repairs/upgrades. Franchisee must have reliable, redundant high-speed internet and functioning email. Franchisor provides electronic Operating Manual (44 pages) containing mandatory and suggested specifications, standards, and procedures; manual may be amended. During term, franchisor and franchisee jointly own business information; franchisor has access rights and sole ownership reverts to franchisor upon termination. Franchisor may update system including new computer programs, trademarks, and techniques at discretion.
