Required CRM/Technology Platform: MXTR and SharpSpring ($1,100 initial setup fee paid by franchisor, $149-$300 monthly fee paid by franchisee depending on volume). Chart of accounts and QuickBooks accounting system interface provided. Shrednet intranet system providing online training materials, best practices, financial benchmarking, and marketing materials. Computer system must meet franchisor standards; if not, franchisor charges $100/hour for support.
