Point-of-Sale and Computer Systems estimated at $5,000 lump sum as incurred. Computer Software and Technology Support and Upgrades not to exceed $500 per month (depending on number of users and locations); currently not charged but franchisor may charge up-front and ongoing fees for proprietary software/technology and related support services. Online Ordering, Loyalty Program, and Gift-Card Program up to $75 per month. Franchise System Website/Intranet up to $100 per month (Brand Fund may cover; separate fee currently not charged). Franchisor has the right to require purchases of certain products and services from franchisor, affiliates, designated/approved distributors, or per franchisor standards; if commissary is developed in franchisee's market area, franchisor may require exclusive purchase of entire donut and core product inventory from that commissary.
