Ram Jack

Required technologies: Ram Jack design aid, customized Microsoft Exchange intranet email system, proprietary and/or third-party cloud applications. Franchisee must maintain basic computer (desktop or laptop) capable of internet connection, email, word processing, accounting, and spreadsheets; estimated cost $800-$1,000 if not already owned. Franchisor provides no ongoing maintenance, repairs, upgrades, or updates; franchisee responsible for maintenance. Franchisor may require computer system updates/upgrades with 90 days notice; no contractual limits on frequency or cost. Franchisor has free right to retrieve, copy, store, and use franchisee data and customer information. Operating Manual: 113 pages covering sales, marketing, software, operating procedures, approved vendors, standards, rules, and regulations. Franchisor maintains training staff; Scott Holland (General Manager) supervises training; instructors include Ron Sluder (Sales, 23 years experience, 5 years with franchisor), Jimmy Ireland (Production, 21 years, 10 years with franchisor), Curtis Wilson (Accounting, 22 years, 30 years with franchisor), Darin Willis (Engineering, 12 years, experience not specified).
