Ramblin' Man

Ramblin' Man Franchising LLC offers franchises for the establishment and operation of mobile brake, suspension, and general maintenance service businesses for RVs, boat trailers, horse trailers, and cargo trailers.

Franchisee must purchase and use franchisor-specified Computer System (current cost $250-$350) with latest hardware, software and applications. Required software includes Quickbooks for accounting and franchisor's proprietary customer relationship management software (currently SalesForce). Computer System performs appointment scheduling, payment processing, inventory management, project management, client relations management, and sales report generation. Monthly System Technology Fee currently $100 covers access to CRM software and periodic updates. Franchisor has no obligation to maintain, repair, update or upgrade franchisee's hardware/software; franchisee responsible for all ongoing maintenance and upgrades at franchisee's expense. Franchisor has unlimited contractual right to independently and remotely access all franchisee sales data and Gross Sales through internet; franchisor owns all customer and financial data stored in Computer System.
