Franchisees must establish ACH/merchant account capabilities meeting System Standards and purchase a computer, fax machine, telephones, and other standard business equipment meeting System Standards. The franchisor provides an Establishment Package (included in the $10,000 fee) containing designated marketing items, display items, promotional items and supplies listed in Exhibit B to the Franchise Agreement. Franchisees must order all Security Data Supply Products and Services online through Security Data Supply, LLC's website or Official Website. The franchisor maintains Manuals specifying System Standards for all purchases, equipment, fixtures, furnishings, supplies, and approved suppliers.
