Franchisees must install and use the proprietary OASIS service delivery platform, a centrally-supported provisioning and business management system comprised of proprietary systems, third-party software, integration software, and standardized operating policies and procedures. The OASIS setup fee is $10,000 for a Standard Lab or $15,000 for a HubLab, plus $100 per user for OASIS enterprise cloud services setup, with monthly OASIS Operational Support Fees of $4,250-$1,000 (subject to increase on 30 days' written notice). Franchisees must also pay for required software licenses (Office 365, Salesforce, MOSO, Network printing) and third-party OASIS connectivity installation vendors (typically $15,000-$30,000).
