Required Computer System: modern Apple computer (MacBook, MacBook Pro, Mac Mini, or iMac) with fast multi-core processor, minimum 8GB RAM, 256GB storage, latest macOS; two standard Apple iPads (minimum 32GB memory, latest iOS/iPadOS); 21-inch or larger monitor (1080p minimum); compatible cash drawer; wireless-capable printer; router for all equipment; barcode/magnetic card swipe reader. Internet access via DSL or cable broadband required. Franchisor provides access to merchant processing and POS systems; franchisee must provide franchisor access to POS at all times. Weekly Gross Sales Reports required; franchisor may require Computer System providing automatic access to reports. Technology Fee of $1,950 due prior to opening. Franchisor maintains right to inspect books and audit financial information; if audit reveals 2%+ underreporting, franchisor may require annual audited financial statements.
