Required systems: QuickBooks Online (or successor accounting platform), Xactimate (or successor estimating software), DocuSketch (or successor measurement/documentation software), HubSpot (or successor CRM platform), and other franchisor-designated web-based applications for contact management, scheduling, insurance estimating, invoicing, and lead nurturing. Equipment: PC computer system capable of running required software with secure high-speed Internet connection; multi-function printer; PCI DSS compliant credit card processing service; updated antivirus software; two (2) loaned iPads with CleanNet mobile app (franchisor property, must be returned at termination; additional iPads purchased through designated supplier; iPad insurance estimated $15/month per unit). Estimated costs: $6,565-$8,650 for initial computer system setup; under $400 annually for maintenance/updates/support. Franchisor has independent Internet access to all customer data and financial information with no contractual limitations. Operations Manual: Confidential franchisor property, periodically modified with significant changes notified to franchisees.
