Franchisee must submit reports through franchisor's cloud-based software containing session count, revenue, ratings, and other required information in form prescribed in Operations Manual (Item 8). Franchisor provides Operations Manual in hard copy, electronic, or other written materials detailing Franchise System Standards for branding, operations, customer service, quality control (Item 8). Franchisor may provide additional software or technology services at additional cost (Section 7.2(l)).
