Franchisor requires computer systems and software meeting minimum specifications including computer/smart phone, printer, router, backup drive, cloud storage, and required software; Internet and telecommunications equipment per franchisor standards for electronic transmission of operations and sales information. Franchisor reserves right to change hardware and software requirements. Franchisor provides Operations Manual and other training aids. Franchisor maintains written lists of approved equipment, inventory, services (by brand/specifications) and designated suppliers, updated periodically and issued to franchisees. Franchisor may impose fees for new or improved technology including assigned phone numbers, email addresses, franchise portal, benchmarking platform, and other operations/communications systems.
