$WGYRF500 #398Franchisees must procure OPERA® property management system (PMS) from Oracle Hospitality with one-time Set-Up and Implementation Fee of $15,550–$29,300 plus interface costs ($525–$3,050), due 30 days before Opening Date. Monthly PMS support fees currently $734–$1,050 per month (Standard OPERA Cloud) or $13.25 per room/month (Premium OPERA Cloud). All Chain Facilities must utilize Wyndham Gateway captive internet portal ($1,500 Equipment and Installation Fee, ongoing support at no cost). Mobile Operations Program (MOP) available at $0.60 per guestroom per month (optional but may be mandated). Emergency Safety Device (ESD) feature available at $35/month. Franchisees must sign Master Information Technology Agreement (MITA) with applicable PMS Schedule. Hardware may be purchased from any source meeting franchisor's technology standards and minimum technical requirements.
