Franchisor currently has no computer, software, equipment, and supply specifications but reserves right to do so. You will need internet access and computer with video conference capabilities. Franchisor may require: Microsoft Office, HubSpot (sales lead management software), Zoom Professional Account, Sales Msg (messaging platform), calendaring software, or other software franchisor may specify; typical cost $750-$1,500 depending on existing items. Software subscriptions approximately $300 per month. Estimated annual cost for optional or required maintenance, updates, upgrades, or support contracts: $500-$1,000. You must maintain computer systems in good working order and replace/update/upgrade as required. Franchisor and affiliates have no obligation to provide ongoing maintenance, repairs, upgrades, or updates. Operations Manual provided in digital format via web-based portal; Manual remains franchisor's confidential property. You must provide franchisor unrestricted and independent electronic access to your computer systems and information at all times.
