Franchisor provides specifications and suppliers for additional equipment for appraisers after the first. Franchisee may be obligated to upgrade/update computer system with estimated annual cost not exceeding $500. Franchisor requires high-speed internet access and establishes Extranet for secure communications; franchisor has independent access to all franchisee-collected information. Operations Manual (14 pages) and Field Training Manual (113 pages) provided on loan.
