Avis requires mandatory participation in Wizard, an online real-time reservation system administered by ABCR, which provides reservation and back-office functionalities. Franchisees must purchase Thin Client Terminals and certain hardware, software, and communications from Approved Suppliers to connect to Wizard. Avis provides the Manual (538 pages with table of contents in Exhibit L), which franchisees must view under confidentiality agreement and cannot reproduce or disclose. Avis also provides web-based training through Workday Learning accessible on any device with web access.
