Royalty FeesIf the Franchise Agreement is terminated for any reason prior to the Royalty Commencement Date, in addition to all other sums to which we are entitled under the Franchise Agreement, by law, or in equity, you shall pay us on demand an amount equal to the $2,000 minimum royalty for each calendar month commencing with the calendar month in which the Opening (as defined in the Franchise Agreement) occurred, with the royalty for the month of the Opening prorated as described above, and continuing through the date on which the term of your Franchise Agreement is terminated.
