Required computer systems: hardware capable of running currently required/recommended software, USB port, CD/DVD-ROM drive (suggested), high-quality monitor, high-quality color printer, fax machine or fax software, high-speed Internet access, electronic projector (once Forums operations commence). Required software: Microsoft Office Professional, QuickBooks, and franchisor's system standard contact management software (cost range $500 to $6,000 depending on existing equipment; includes $1,500 annual cost for contact management software with ongoing service, support, maintenance, upgrading and updating). High-speed cable Internet access required; franchisor may specify mandatory ISP at any time and prohibit specific ISPs. Training/Operations Manual provided (loaned during franchise term) containing mandatory and suggested specifications, standards, operating procedures, and other written materials; may be modified intermittently. No limitation on cost and frequency of hardware/software updates and upgrades. Franchisor does not have access to franchisee's computer system data.
