Sandler Systems, LLC grants franchises providing the right to operate a SANDLER business devoted to a distinctive style of training persons and organizations in the fields of sales and sales management, which includes coaching, consulting, hiring, staffing, placement and recruiting services, goal setting and achievement, self-awareness, motivation, personal development, relationship management, leadership development, negotiations, assessments, public speaking, template and playbook development, and related business development services.

SSL requires personal computer with Microsoft Windows (fully supported by Microsoft within last three years) or Mac OS X (released within last three years and fully supported by Apple), printer, Internet access, and virus/spyware protection software. Email provided through web-based application requiring Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome or Apple Safari, and full copy of MS Office 365 Outlook; Outlook App required on mobile devices (free for Android and Apple). Estimated computer system cost: $850 to $2,500. SSL requires participation in email service and owns right to review emails in limited circumstances. SSL has access to data input into Sandler online learning management system and HubSpot CRM. Franchisees receive Operations Manual (table of contents in Exhibit K), Training Manual, and Marketing Resources and Tools through Sandler Compass intranet site. SSL does not require hardware or software updates/upgrades during franchise term.
