The Launch Pad Franchising, LLC offers franchises for the establishment and operation of managed information technology (IT) service businesses providing technology management solutions and complementary technology services and products to small and mid-sized businesses, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and government entities.

Require franchisee to obtain and install at franchisee's expense all computer equipment, office equipment, and supplies per manuals or written requirements. Franchisee must maintain computer system in good working order and obtain upgrades/updates as required; franchisee responsible for maintenance and support contracts. Require business telephone system with at least three incoming lines plus fax line with auto-attendant and voicemail features; local telephone listing in primary phone book for each market area. Require high-speed broadband Internet connection (DSL, FIOS, or cable) per specifications with franchisor direct access to franchise information. Franchisee must submit client database in form and timeframe required by manuals. Franchisee may be required to enter software license agreements with franchisor for proprietary software. Franchisor or third parties develop software; franchisor may charge reasonable fees for enhancements or replacements. Implement templated Professional Service Automation Solution and additional add-on software with required hosted software provider accounts. Operations manual contains approximately 350 pages with specifications and mandatory/suggested standards and procedures.
