TownePost Network, Inc. offers franchises for the establishment and operation of two monthly magazines within a defined exclusive territory and the provision of general digital marketing services, including programmatic advertising, website design and hosting, SEO, streaming and OTT/CTV advertising, Google advertising management, targeted email blasts, and reputation management.

Franchisee required to purchase Windows Surface tablet or comparable portable computer device with Internet access. Franchisee must use MediaOS (web-based program accessible via laptop, PC, or tablet) for proposals, contracts, and billing; one licensed seat included in franchise at approximately $118.00 per month per additional seat; franchisor negotiates directly with MediaOS for services and costs. Third-party vendor provides ongoing maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and updates at franchisee's expense. Franchisor reserves right to modify or supplement hardware/software requirements as designs change. Franchisor has free and unfettered right to retrieve data and information from franchisee's hard drive and MediaOS including sales data, client data, statistics, income/expense data, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheets. Training conducted by TownePost Training Team (Tom Britt with 30+ years publishing industry experience; Jeanne Britt with 16 years business operating experience). Some training provided through TownePost University online portal. Operations Manual (34 pages) hosted on Notion.so contains mandatory and suggested specifications, standards, and procedures; franchisor may modify but modifications do not alter franchisee status/rights.
