All new franchisees must use VPOffice and obtain maintenance and support services from Valpak. Valpak also offers the optional CRM Software (Salesforce.com) at currently $75 per user per month. Valpak publishes Operating Procedures that describe procedures and policies for franchisees. Valpak is the sole publisher and distributor of Valpak Envelopes and provides all services relating to production including graphics preparation, printing, addressing, collation, insertion and direct mailing.
