Franchisor may require franchisee to purchase or lease accounting software (estimated $250-$1,000) and backend office templates and marketing tools that generate/store sales transactions, client information, scheduling, inventory, reporting, and financial information. Franchisee must maintain Whiparound subscription (approximately $400 annually as of disclosure date). Franchisor not obligated to provide ongoing maintenance, repairs, upgrades, or updates; estimated annual cost for optional/required maintenance and support is $0-$500. Franchisor reserves right to require system changes/modifications with no contractual limit on frequency or cost. Franchisor has independent access to all system data with no contractual limitations. Operations Manual contains 208 pages. Training materials include Fireside FastTrack Framework (self-paced online course with 8 modules), Onboarding Checklist, online guides, videos, and checklists.
